Welcome to Pre-Test.org. By using our website and services, including official bot accounts on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and other messaging platforms (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Description of Services
We provide paid and free access to a platform of study tools, including practice tests and an AI learning assistant, designed to help users prepare for various official and certification exams, including the DMV Permit Test (all 50 US states), CDL, US Citizenship Test, and others. The Service is accessible via our website and through official bot accounts on supported messaging platforms.
2. User Access
Access to paid services may be granted via messaging platform bots (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and others) or via a website account. No separate registration is required for bot-based access — your messaging platform identity is used to identify your session. You are solely responsible for the security of your account or messaging account. Sharing your access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment. Access to paid services is granted via a one-time payment, which provides access for 30 calendar days. This is not a subscription, and there are no automatic recurring charges. To extend your access, you must manually make a new payment.
Refund Policy. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of a confirmed technical failure of our service lasting more than 24 consecutive hours. By completing payment, you acknowledge that digital access is granted immediately and waive any right to a refund under other circumstances. All other refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the site and within the bots, including tests, questions, explanations, guides, design, and software code, is the intellectual property of Pre-Test.org and is protected by copyright laws.
5. Usage Restrictions and Rules of Conduct
By using our Service, you agree not to:
- Share your account or messaging session access with any other person.
- Copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.
- Use unauthorized automated systems (scrapers, parsers) to collect data or content from the Service.
- Attempt to bypass security systems, hack the site or bots, or gain unauthorized access to other users’ data.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the proper working of the site, bots, servers, or networks.
6. AI Assistant Disclaimer
Our AI assistant is a learning tool. While we strive for accuracy, it may produce errors or provide incomplete or outdated information. Always verify critical data with official sources. 7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice or refund if we determine that you have violated these Terms, particularly sections 4 and 5.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability to you for any claims related to the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent 30-day access period.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of New York.
10. Legal Information
The Pre-Test.org website and associated services are owned and operated by a private individual based in New York, USA. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the site or within the bot. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
